Booking Policy

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by our operations team. Tour timings can shift because of weather, road conditions, public holidays, or desert access restrictions.

Payments

Quoted prices are in AED unless stated otherwise. Advance payment may be required for selected tours, private vehicles, attraction tickets, or custom experiences.

Cancellations & Changes

Date changes and cancellations should be requested as early as possible. Refund eligibility depends on the tour type, ticket terms, supplier policy, and how close the request is to the travel date.

Guest Responsibility

Guests should share correct pickup details, contact information, and any health concerns before travel. Pregnant guests, people with serious back or heart conditions, and very young children should confirm dune activity suitability before booking.

Pickups & No-Shows

Pickup windows can vary by route and season. If a guest is unreachable at pickup time or not ready within the confirmed window, the booking may be treated as a no-show.
