In these Terms and Conditions, "Company," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Evening Desert Safari Deals, a DTCM-licensed tourism operator registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. "Customer," "you," and "your" refer to any individual or group that books, purchases, or participates in our desert safari services. "Services" refers to all desert safari packages, tours, excursions, transportation, camp activities, and ancillary offerings provided by the Company. "Booking" refers to a confirmed reservation made through our website, WhatsApp, email, phone, or any authorised third-party platform.

A booking is considered confirmed once you receive a written confirmation via email or WhatsApp from our reservations team. Confirmation will include your selected package details, pickup time and location, number of guests, and any special requests. We reserve the right to decline or cancel bookings at our discretion if we are unable to accommodate the request due to availability, safety, or operational constraints. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information at the time of booking, including the correct hotel name and room number, contact phone number, number of guests (including children), and any relevant medical conditions or mobility restrictions.

All prices listed on our website are in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) and are quoted per person unless otherwise stated. Prices include the services and inclusions specified in the selected package description. We offer a "Pay on Arrival" model for most packages, allowing you to pay in cash (AED or USD) or by credit/debit card at the camp or to the driver upon pickup. For online prepaid bookings, payment is processed through our secure PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. Prices are subject to change without prior notice; however, any price quoted and confirmed at the time of booking will be honoured. Additional optional activities such as quad biking, dune buggy rides, and VIP upgrades are charged separately as stated on our website or communicated at the time of booking.

Customer-Initiated Cancellations

Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time for a full refund of any prepaid amount. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the total booking value. No-shows (failure to be present at the designated pickup location at the confirmed time without prior communication) are non-refundable.

Company-Initiated Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a safari due to severe weather conditions (sandstorms, heavy rain, or extreme heat warnings issued by UAE authorities), government-imposed restrictions or public safety advisories, mechanical or operational issues that compromise guest safety, or insufficient minimum group size for shared safari departures. In such cases, we will offer you the choice of rescheduling to the next available date at no additional cost or receiving a full refund of any prepaid amount. We are not liable for any consequential costs, including but not limited to flight changes, hotel rebookings, or loss of holiday time.

Desert safari activities, including dune bashing, quad biking, sandboarding, and camel riding, involve inherent physical risks. By participating, you acknowledge and accept these risks voluntarily. The following individuals are advised against participating in dune bashing: pregnant women at any stage, individuals with severe back, neck, or spinal conditions, persons who have undergone recent surgery (within the past 6 months), children under the age of 3, and individuals with serious heart conditions. You must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or physical limitations at the time of booking. Our drivers and guides reserve the right to exclude any participant from specific activities if they believe participation would pose a safety risk to the individual or other guests. All guests must follow the safety instructions provided by our staff at all times during the safari.

Complimentary hotel pickup and drop-off is included with all packages for locations within Dubai city limits. Pickups from Sharjah, Ajman, and other neighbouring emirates may be arranged for an additional surcharge communicated at the time of booking. You must be ready at the hotel lobby at the confirmed pickup time. We allow a grace period of up to 15 minutes; after this, the vehicle may depart to maintain the schedule for other guests. If you miss your pickup, we will make reasonable efforts to arrange alternative transport, but this is not guaranteed and may incur additional charges. Drop-off times are approximate and may vary depending on traffic, weather, and camp activity schedules.

All content on the eveningdesertsafarideals.com website — including text, photographs, graphics, logos, icons, videos, and software — is the property of Evening Desert Safari Deals or its licensors and is protected by UAE and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from our website without our prior written consent. Photographs taken by our staff during safari experiences may be used in our marketing materials and social media channels. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform your guide at the start of the safari.

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Evening Desert Safari Deals, its directors, employees, agents, and partners shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or loss of belongings that occurs due to your own negligence or failure to follow safety instructions. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to our services shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the specific booking in question. We maintain comprehensive tourism liability insurance as required by Dubai tourism regulations. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under UAE law.

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather events, acts of war or terrorism, government actions or restrictions, pandemics or public health emergencies, civil unrest, or disruptions to transportation or infrastructure. In the event of a force majeure occurrence, we will use reasonable efforts to minimise the impact on your booking and offer rescheduling or a full refund where appropriate.

You agree to behave responsibly and respectfully throughout the safari experience. We reserve the right to refuse service or remove any guest whose behaviour is disruptive, dangerous, offensive to other guests or staff, or in violation of UAE law. This includes, but is not limited to, excessive intoxication, harassment of staff or other guests, wilful damage to vehicles or camp facilities, and disregard for safety instructions. No refund will be provided in cases where service is terminated due to guest misconduct.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites, services, or platforms. These links are provided for your convenience and do not constitute an endorsement, sponsorship, or recommendation by Evening Desert Safari Deals. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of service of any third-party website. Any transactions or interactions you have with third-party providers are solely between you and the third party.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its rights.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon publication on this page.
